Tuna Patties

Tuna Patties
1 can tuna, drained
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 potato, baked or boiled
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup flour
2 T vegetable oil

Directions: Take the drained tuna and mash it in a bowl with the potato. Add the egg, salt and pepper and mix everything together. Form patties and coat them in flour. Brown in a medium hot skillet in a small amount of oil, on both sides. Makes 5 patties.
